Processing

It normally takes us 1-2 business day(s) to process your order .

Orders made on the weekends might experience delay.

Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be  kept to a minimum.

Verification and shipping

1. We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.

   Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.

2. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.

   Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to update.

   If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.

3. Usually your package will arrive within 5-12 business days, please see the table below for detailed shipping schedule to international destinations.

Note:

1. Estimated delivery time shall not include order processing time after it is placed.

2. P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered.

3. Make sure to confirm your shipping address before and after your order is placed, additional fees may be charged for late address changes.

4. If your order requires a customization, we may need four or more business days to process your order.

5. In order to avoid credit card fraud, we may need to confirm your personal information for large orders, please make sure your phone and email address are reachable.

Customs and Import Duties

Normally, we will prepay the taxes before your package has been shipped out, while sometimes you may be charged for additional customs or import duties. Please don't worry if such charges occurs, feel free to contact us by sending email to info@thefifthloop.com

1. Please attach photos of the Custom tax bill in your email.

2. Refund will be returned to you within 2-3 business days once we get your receipt.

Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.

International shipping might experience delay due to covid-19. If your order is delayed,please contact us via email info@thefifthloop.com, we will check the situation with the transportation company in time. Thanks for your understanding and support.
